Job Description

Summary:
Help Hanford-Freund & Company maintain its leadership position in the Real Estate industry by acting as a Receptionist in our San Francisco, California main office, providing day-to-day administrative support. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer 4 incoming telephone lines
* Screen and direct calls
* Take and relay messages
* Provide information to callers
* Greet and assist clients and guests
* Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
* Data entry
* General administrative and clerical support
* Prepare and edit letters and documents
* Faxing, copying, filing, and mail distribution
* Organize the conference room schedule
* Order supplies

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Friendly and professional attitude
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook is very important)
* Ability to interact with a wide variety of people
* Organization and attention to detail
* Reliable, stress tolerant, and initiative
* Capacity to plan and prioritize work activities
* Able to move between tasks and remain focused
* Ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations effectively

Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Minimum one year administrative experience in a professional business environment
* Computer savvy
