Lock box service, also known as assessment payment remittance processing, allows you to mail your payment directly to the bank with a remittance coupon.
However, we understand that you may not want to be bothered with having to write a check each month, or you may be unable to do so, if you are travelling or otherwise unavailable. For your convenience we offer two alternative methods of payment. Both methods reduce many of the inherent risks associated with check-based transactions.
